Action Plan

Based on the strategy we've developed together, we'll present you with a range of solutions and strategies for tackling the mutually identified opportunities with a Scope of Work. Your Scope of Work will outline an action plan with the specific steps we'll take together to achieve your goals, along with a timeline and budget. We'll work with you to choose the best course of action that makes sense for your current needs.


As we implement the chosen strategy, we'll keep you in the loop with regular progress updates and check-ins. We know that change can be daunting, but we're here to support you every step of the way. We'll also be there to support you through any challenges or roadblocks that come up. Running a business can be tough, and we want to be there to help you navigate any hurdles.

Tracking & Adjusting

Once your Scope of Work is implemented we'll track progress and make any necessary adjustments to your action plan to ensure we stay on track. As we start to see results, we'll monitor our strategy as needed in real time. We're always looking for ways to optimize and improve, so don't be surprised if we come back to the drawing board a few times. We'll watch the horizon for upcoming opportunities or challenges. We’ll also celebrate your victories and milestones together.


Finally, when it's time to wrap up the project, we'll provide you with a thorough review of our work and any recommendations for the future. We’ll look at what had a high and immediate impact and what the intrinsic long term impact is. We’ll compare that with the scope of work and see what worked and where adjustments can be made.
